2019 Ram's Gate Chardonnay Cellar Note

The 2019 Chardonnay Cellar Note is a cellar selection made to represent the overall vintage as a whole. It's another light-hued Chardonnay offering more Meyer lemon, poached pear, tart citrus, and mango-like aromatics, and it's racy, vivid, and pure on the palate, with medium body and a bright spine of acidity. It needs a year or two of bottle age but should have a decade of longevity. It's a beautiful wine.
