There's a richness within, balanced by brisk acidity and crisp orchard fruits. Replete floral tones echo throughout. This finishes with dramatic length, staining the palate with chalky minerals and spice as a bitter citrus twang slowly fades. While enjoyable today, the Côtes de Tablas Blanc has the balance to mature beautifully over time.

The 2021 Côtes de Tablas Blanc is the best iteration of this cuvée I have ever tasted. A blend of 44% Viognier, 32% Grenache Blanc, 14% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne, it offers pure, slowly blossoming aromas of baked quince and peaches, mushroom powder, Manuka honey, roasted almonds and streaks of flint. The full-bodied palate is a harmonious symphony of highly concentrated, savory flavor layers, mouthwatering acidity, an alluring, velvety texture and a very long, flavorful finish. 1,215 cases were made.
Nicely aromatic yet restrained, with a creamy and mineral whiff to the lemongrass, anise, honeysuckle and green apples. Medium-bodied and smooth on the palate, showing a refined, saline tang to the mid-palate with a touch of mineral quality. 44% viognier, 32% grenache blanc, 14% marsanne and 10% roussanne. Drink now.
