2012 Coho Headwaters

The 2012 Proprietary Red Blend Headwaters (2,432 cases) is a juicy, dark-fruited effort with good purity and ripeness, but little complexity. It offers good fruit and body, but lacks that extra nuance and character that makes the taster want to have a second glass. Nevertheless, I like what’s there. Drink it over the next 8-10 years.
