Tasting notes
The 2017 Seneschal, the first vintage of this cuvée, is a blend of 78% Grenache and 22% Graciano, aged 22 months in 33% new French oak. Medium ruby-purple, it offers cool tones of mint leaves, blueberries and red berry aromas laced with floral and earthy accents. The medium-bodied palate is silky with pleasantly bitters-laced fruits and juicy freshness to lift the long, spicy finish. 231 cases were made.

Grenache blended with a splash of Graciano, the 2017 Seneschal reveals a deeper purple color to go with full-bodied notes of blackberries, plums, peppery herbs, and dried flowers. This beauty is concentrated and rich, yet still just glides over the palate with a light, graceful mouthfeel. Drink this beauty over the coming decade.
