2021 Cade Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

Cade's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon incorporates fruit from two growers (one in Calistoga, one in Oak Knoll) in addition to estate fruit. That Oak Knoll influence can be seen in the dark, cassis-like fruit on the nose. Aged in 50% new French oak, this medium to full-bodied wine is reasonably rich and velvety across the mid-palate, then finishes crisp and mouthwatering.
