Pale, bright yellow. Expressive, oily aromas of dried apricot, orange, pear skin and butterscotch. Distinctly glyceral and oily but not overly sweet, with notes of peach and lichee. A distinctly fat style of chardonnay, from a vineyard Hall describes as a cold site in a warm area.
