Score 92/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, May 2009
Light, bright red. Vibrant strawberry and raspberry aromas are complicated by blood orange, potpourri and smoky minerality. Tangy, sharply focused red berry flavors are strikingly lithe, with impressive back-end lift and mineral cut. A nervy redcurrant note resonates on the long, impressively pure finish. This reminded me of an upper-level 1er Cru from Pernand-Vergelesses.
