Score 90/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous
Modestly saturated red-ruby. Superripe aromas of black raspberry, black cherry, dark chocolate, eucalyptus and dried herbs. Sappy, liqueur-like flavor of black cherry; offers almost candied sweetness but there's no shortage of verve. Generous, powerful and long, with considerable but even tannins and a late flavor of cherry liqueur.
