Score 93/100 · Drink 2023-2038, Jeb Dunnuck, Feb 2023
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon SOLO is terrific and just a quintessential, elegant, balanced Napa Valley Cabernet. Coming all from the Stags Leap District, it has lots of purple fruits, violets, flowers, and a touch of stony earth to go with a medium-bodied, seamless profile on the palate. It’s not massive and shines for its balance and finesse. It will keep for 15 years.

From the estate's Stags Leap vineyard, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Solo is exquisitely perfumed, with lavender florals joining ripe cherries and red raspberries on the nose. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, the wine is framed by silky tannins and taut acids, finishing long and crisp.
