Tasting notes
The deep garnet-purple colored 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Geo gives fragrant notes of lavender and lilacs with a core of plum preserves and warm cassis plus hints of spearmint, tree bark and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with firm, ripe, grainy tannins, it is packed with vivacious fruit, finishing long and earthy.

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Geo is wonderfully layered and expressive, with plenty of crème de cassis, licorice, sweet spice and vanillin notes. Forward and sumptuous, with good underlying structure, the Geo offers terrific balance and enough pedigree to drink well for a number of years, perhaps more.
There’s a concentrated and focused feel to this elegant and fragrant cab with aromas of violets and blackcurrants, leading to a smooth and even-paced palate with succulent, long and rich, fruit-soaked tannins. Try from 2020.
