Mulberries, cherries, cedary oak, cigar, and tobacco notes define the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Cypress Ranch, an elegant, medium-bodied, straightforward, but thoroughly enjoyable Cabernet to drink over the coming 5-7 years.

From a rocky site at the northern end of Pope Valley, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Cypress Ranch Vineyard features lovely sage notes on the nose, plus plenty of cassis and plum. It's full-bodied, creamy textured, lush, supple and a bit warm, with a dark-fruited, savory finish and softly dusty tannins.
