NV El Maestro Sierra Amontillado 1830 VORS Sherry 500ml

The NV Amontillado 1830 Anticuario was bottled at around 40 years of average age and 19% alcohol. It matured as a Fino under flor and then in an oxidative way for over 30 years. This wine matured in ancient 2,000-liter oak casks built by the founder of the bodega, José Antonio Sierra, in 1830. It displays a bright amber color and a pungent nose that also has lots of finesse. There's great purity and elegance here; the wine is terribly balanced. It's subtle and elegant, with some citrus notes.
