Tasting notes
Vivid red. High-pitched red berry and floral aromas are complemented by notes of underbrush and botanical herbs. Chewy, concentrated red berry and cherry flavors are firmed by dusty tannins, which gain power on the back end. Shuts down with time in the glass but clearly possesses very good potential.

The 2007 Pinot Noir Fiddlestix Vineyard exhibits complex aromas of underbrush, plums, figs, and cherries, hints of sassafras and resiny-like flavors, medium to full body, beautiful fruit, and a soft, long, rich style. It should drink nicely for 5-6 years. A strong line-up of Pinot Noirs from Bonaccorsi, these cuvees reveal distinctive personalities, but all offer impressively high quality. The alcohol content of the single vineyard wines ranges from 14.7% to 15.3%, and the pH’s go from 3.72 to 3.89. All of them spend about 15 months in French oak (40% new). Tel. (310) 994-3207
