Tasting notes
The 2020 Micho is darkly alluring with a perfumed blend of wild blueberry, flowery underbrush, crushed rocks and mentholated herbs. It's round and supple yet cool-toned in feel, with a tinge of minerality that adds a more tactile feel as racy red and blue fruit rush across the palate. This finishes classically dry and lightly tannic, yet sweet and round, tapering off with a violet inner floral thrust that calls the taster back to the glass. Micho is a seductive blend of 52% Merlot and 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, matured in 70% new French oak for twenty-one months.

A blend of free-run Cabernet Sauvignon (49%) and Merlot (51%) and matured for 21 months in 100% new French oak, the 2020 Micho has a deep ruby color and aromas of red and black cherries, sage, salami, leather and mushrooms. The full-bodied palate is gently rustic with chewy tannins and softened acidity, and it finishes with savory accents.
