Tasting notes
The cooked-blackberry and plum aromas pour from the glass, but thereâs also something green in there. On the palate, the wine tastes fresher than you expect from the nose with quite bright acidity. But it lacks some harmony. Drink now.

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon (87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabernet Franc) offers plenty of charm in its dark currant and black raspberry fruits, iron, and herbal aromas and flavors. This fleshy, rich, medium to full-bodied effort has tons of fruit, good balance, and plenty of character. It should keep for a decade or more.
Blended of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc, the deep purple-black colored 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon reveals notions of pure cassis and crushed plums with tobacco, sage and forest floor in the background. Medium-bodied, it has great vivacity and a plush texture with a peppery finish.
