Leading off the Rhône blends, the 2016 Cuvée Jeanne Marie Williamson-Doré Vineyard is 69% Grenache, 23% Mourvèdre, and 8% Syrah, all of which was destemmed and aged 20 months in used French and Hungarian oak. Bright red and black fruits, bay leaf, incense, and violet notes all flow to a medium-bodied red that has good concentration, integrated acidity, and a focused, firm style that's going to benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age.

The 2016 Cuvée Jeanne Marie, Foxen's GSM blend, is outrageously beautiful. Sensual, racy and perfumed, the Cuvée Jeanne Marie has a lot to offer. This is an especially racy, flamboyant Grenache-based wine, and yet all the elements are wonderfully woven together.
