Tasting notes
Single vineyards that are available to members only include the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Chabot Vineyard from St. Helena, which is a beauty. All of these wines are 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, and this wine has the classic graphite, blackberry and cassis notes, a full-bodied mouthfeel with some minerality underneath, and a long finish with sweet tannin.

Beringer's 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Chabot Vineyard, from one of the winery's signature sites, is plump, juicy and forward, with plenty of St. Helena red cherry/plum fruit. Racy, voluptuous and silky, the 2014 offers considerable near and medium-term appeal. This bold, exuberant Cabernet Sauvignon hits all the right notes. Best of all, it should drink well with minimal cellaring.
