Score 92/100 · Drink 2011-2019, Jay S Miller, Wine Advocate, Oct 2009

The 2007 Pinot Noir McCrone Vineyard exhibits a classy bouquet of pain grille, cinnamon, allspice, incense, black cherry, and black raspberry. Elegant On the palate, with a racy personality, it has plenty of vibrant fruit, enough ripe tannin for balance, and a lengthy, pure finish. It will provide prime drinking from 2011 to 2019. Ken Wright describes 2007 as -?a really difficult year. It challenged me to be really good at farming and to be patient?Luckily it was cool and the fruit remained intact.- All things considered, it appears that Wright performed optimally in this challenging vintage with what nature provided.
