Score 93/100 · Drink 2023-2030, Luis Gutiérrez, Wine Advocate, Sep 2025
The bottle of the 2019 Sursis Chardonnay feels toasty and a little more advanced, but with its almost salty feeling, it still makes you salivate. It was cropped from a warmer vintage and was the first to be farmed 100% organically. Tissot feels the vines on clay need around seven years to come completely around after being moved to organic.
