Score 89/100 · Drink 2004-2011, Robert Parker, Dec 2003
A saturated ruby/purple color is followed by sweet, still unformed black cherry and currant aromas intermixed with hints of oak as well as earth. Dense and medium to full-bodied, but somewhat monolithic, I suspect more nuances will emerge as the wine ages in bottle. For now, it is a concentrated, chunky, but seriously endowed offering to cellar for another year, and enjoy over the following 7-8. Tel. (707) 255-4929
