Tasting notes
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve comes mainly from the Alluvium Vineyard in St. Helena, with some Ceniza (Coombsville) blended in. This is classic Napa done exceptionally well, with aromas of black cherries and herbal shadings, a concentrated and smooth feel on the medium to full-bodied palate and a supple, velvety finish that adds hints of dark chocolate and gently dusty tannins.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve shows the softer style of the vintage while staying in the overall elegant profile favored by Maayan. Blackcurrants, smoked tobacco, baking spices, and dried herbs all shine in this beauty, and it's full-bodied, with a round, lush mouthfeel, velvety tannins, and a great finish.
