The 2017 The Derivative White is a blend of Muscadelle, Colombard, Palomino and Sémillon, made without new oak or malolactic fermentation. It's scented of musk melon, lychee, wet stone, lime peel, white pepper and lemongrass with ripe white peach and apricot. Light to medium-bodied, it's perfumed in the mouth with refreshing acidity and a textured finish. 207 cases were made.

In the same mold, the 2017 The Derivative checks in as a blend of Muscadelle and Semillon brought up all in stainless steel. It has a rich bouquet of honeyed peach, caramelized citrus, white flowers, and a touch of earthy minerality. This flows to a medium-bodied, textured, yet beautifully balanced white that has loads of character. It’s going to be versatile on the dinner table given its mix of richness and freshness.
