Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2014 Pinot Noir Keefer Ranch has an earthy nose with supporting notes of baked cranberries, dried cherries and black pepper. Medium-bodied, it has subtle red fruit and earth notes on the palate with a touch of astringency.

Supple, open-knit and inviting, the 2014 Pinot Noir Keefer Ranch is showing very nicely today. Silky tannins add to an overall impression of succulence and finesse. This is a pretty Russian River Pinot built on restraint and class. A burst of dark cherry, plum and spice leave a lasting impression.
