Tasting notes
A gorgeous wine, the 2010 Pinot Noir Keefer Ranch brings together all the elements of this site along with the Freeman house style. Sweet floral notes meld into red cherries, spices and pine. Delicate, perfumed and impeccably balanced, the 2010 impresses for its sensuality, inner sweetness and sense of harmony. All the elements are in the right place. My impression is that the 2010 will drink best early on, as it is a bit on the fragile side, but undeniably beautiful just the same.

Bright red. High-pitched aromas of wild red fruits, Asian spices and potpourri. Lively and precise, offering intense strawberry and bitter cherry flavors and an exotic touch of candied rose. Vanilla and spicecake nuances carry through a very long, focused, impressively pure finish.
