2007 Elyse Cabernet Sauvignon Morisoli Vineyard

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Morisoli, which also includes a small percentage of Petit Verdot. Dense purple to the rim, this offering will require considerable patience. Unlike most 2007s (which are surprisingly exuberant and showy), this wine possesses massive amounts of blueberry and blackberry fruit along with incense, licorice, and subtle smoky, toasty oak.
