Tasting notes
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2016 Petite Sirah Drummond's Cuvee is a little mute, with notions of black fruits and blueberries plus hints of earth and tar. The palate is full-bodied and laden with fruit, with a firm and chewy structure and a lively backbone, finishing with great length.

The 2016 Petite Sirah Drummond's Cuvée emerges from old vines in Teldeschi Ranch in Dry Creek Valley. Lithe and medium in body for Petite, the 2016 is super-expressive, with plenty of inky blue/purplish fruit, violet, spice, lavender and leather overtones that add nuance throughout. The tannins are remarkably polished for a young Petite. The 2016 is powerful and quite deep, but not at all heavy.
