2017 Sandlands Red

The 2017 Red Table Wine is a blend of Carignane and Mataro, two varieties that are especially complementary here. Super-ripe red cherry, rose petal, mint, cedar and sweet tobacco are some of the aromas and flavors that emerge. Silky, nuanced and light on its feet, the 2017 is very pretty. As is the case with all of these wines, the integration of the whole clusters is impeccable. The blend is 65% Carignane and 35% Mataro.
