The 2015 White (Eric says he put a lot of thought into naming this wine) is a mix of Roussanne and Marsanne that's brought up in barrel. Scheduled to be bottled in August, it's a terrific white that shows you don't need to be afraid of ripeness in whites. Giving up notes of lemon curds, flower oil, buttered citrus and spice, this beautifully textured, layered 2015 stays fresh and lively on the palate, while packing impressive richness. Drink it over the coming 4-5 years, although it could certainly evolve for longer.
