Tasting notes
Another wine from St. Helena, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Pellet Vineyard has a more old school, medium to full-bodied style that carries ample gamey blue fruits, olive tapenade, and earthy, spicy notes. Nicely balanced, with plenty of fruit, and outstanding length, drink this character-filled Cabernet over the coming 15+ years.

A wine of total allure, Quivet's 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Pellet Vineyard is rich and racy to the core. Super-ripe red cherry, red plum, chocolate, licorice and wild flowers all race out of the glass in a bold St. Helena Cabernet that captures all the best 2017 has to offer. Ripe, inky and jammy, the 2017 is not at all subtle, but it sure is delicious.
The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Pellet Vineyard is deep garnet-purple colored with notes of crème de cassis, herbs, earth, medicinal notes and menthol with a cedar waft. The palate is full-bodied, firm and grainy with bright fruit and a long and peppery finish.
