Score 91/100 · Drink 2002-2008, Pierre Rovani, Oct 2002
Ken Wright's blackberry-scented 2000 Pinot Noir Guadalupe Vineyard is dense, deep, thick, and velvety-textured. Cassis liqueur, jammy blackberries, and hints of licorice can be found in its exuberant character. Drink it over the next 5-6 years. Tel. (503) 852-7070

Deep, bright ruby-red. Cherry, coffee and mocha on the nose. Lively, cool black fruit flavors lifted by firm acidity and a slightly minty green edge. Nicely fresh, but slightly dry on the back end.
