2022 Carlisle Zinfandel Saitone Ranch

From the oldest vineyard in the Piner Olivet area (Williams Selyem shares this block with them), the 2022 Zinfandel Saitone offers gorgeous layered depth on the nose, with aromas of porcini, chocolate-covered cherries, and brighter notes of cranberry and red flowers shining through. Medium-bodied, it offers an excellent, even feel throughout the palate, with refined tannins and a clean, linear feel. A fantastic wine, it will have a wide drinking window over the next 15 or more years.
