Tasting notes
The 2022 Vertigo blends 45% Syrah, 27% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, 10% Tannat, 7% Petite Sarah and 1% Viognier. The nose is darker and more floral than the Oublie's, with aromas of bramble fruits, charcoal and purple flowers. The palate displays a typically slick, glossy, plush texture, leading to a similarly opulent finish framed with drying, tight tannins.

Deep and brooding, showing notes of blackcurrants, dark chocolate and tobacco leaves. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with firm tannins and bright acidity highlighted by notes of mocha, blackberry compote and roasted meat. Very serious and well constructed. From a blend of 45% syrah, 27% mourvedre,10% grenache, 10% tannat and 7% peitit sirah and 1% viognier, with 30% being whole bunch. Drink or hold.
