Medium garnet in color, the 2014 Zinfandel Bacigalupi Vineyard displays scents of black fruit compote, dates, fig paste and black earth with wafts of oolong tea and Chinese five spice. Voluptuously fruited on the full-bodied palate, it has a chewy, rather rustic structure and long, earth laced finish.
