Score 86/100 · Drink 2015-2021, Robert Parker, Oct 2015
The 2013 Window Pane, a somewhat monolithic blend of 50% Petite Sirah, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Graciano, gets high marks for the unusual blend, but the wine comes across somewhat foursquare and one-dimensional, with lots of color, body and extract, but not much charm or nuance. Nevertheless, the price seems right and perhaps another five or six years of cellaring will encourage more development.

Score 88/100 · Drink 2017-2023, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Oct 2015
The 2013 Window pane, Kobalt's Cabernet Sauvignon/Petite Sirah blend, is loaded with energy and dark, inky Petite fruit. Graphite, wild flowers and spices appear later, adding depth and complexity. A powerful, massively tannic wine, the 2013 is going to need at least a few years to settle down.
