Nothing is out of place in this beautifully crafted wine. Lemon zest, white flowers, chalk, and white peaches linger on the round, caressing finish. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2016. I tasted a wide range of wines from Capture this year. In my view, the whites are stronger than the reds. Tel. (707) 395-0457
Inviting aromas of citrus peel, Asian pear, aromatic herbs and white flowers. Supple, ripe and complex, with an umami-like texture to the flavors of floral and citrus oils, spices and saline minerality. Finishes very subtle and very long. All aromatic esters today: very interesting wine.
