Tasting notes
Matured for 19 months in 72% new French oak, the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Oliver's Blend has coiled aromas of black cherry, blueberry and forest floor. The full-bodied palate is more open at this stage, offering generous, graphite-laced flavors. It’s structured by powdery tannins and refreshing acidity and has a long, floral finish. It will benefit from a few years in the cellar. 487 cases were made.

Taking an opaque brick red color, the 2022 Cabernet Sauvginon Oliver's Blend is ripe on the nose with notes of cassis, baking spice, pine sap, leather, and forest earth. It has more freshness and fruit on the palate, with a full-bodied frame and an elegant feel, and while it’s more immediate, it should drink well over the coming 12-15 years.
