Tasting notes
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Oliver's Blend is clearly of a different era, a time in which Philippe Melka and team made the wines in a decidedly richer, riper and more oak-forward style. The 2019 delivers savory inflections of olive, grilled herbs and cedar beneath a hedonistic core of dark fruit. It’s a good wine to drink over the next few years, but the fruit has begun to turn a bit savory.
