Tasting notes
The 2018 Pinot Noir Senna is medium ruby in the glass and offers seductive aromas of dried lilac, black tea leaves and orange peel with an earthy, black berry core. Medium-bodied and silky, it's expansive and expressive in the mouth, with a broad, ever-changing spectrum of flavors and a long, nuanced finish. This is stunning already, but it will take a bit more time to show all it's got.

The 2018 Pinot Noir Senna is one of the most pleasant of these wines to drink today. Soft, pliant and just impeccable in its balance, the 2018 is super-expressive. Sweet red/bluish fruits fill out the wine's frame effortlessly. The 2018 is not the richest or most structured of the 2018 Pinots here, instead it is more of a mid-weight wine endowed with a real sense of harmony that is impossible to miss. The Senna emerges from a parcel planted with Swan Clone Pinot on the DuMOL estate.
