Tasting notes
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a little broody to begin, unfurling to reveal notions of baked blackcurrants, Black Forest cake and stewed red and black plums with touches of dried Mediterranean herbs, tilled soil and Chinese five spice. Full bodied, rich and plushly textured, the palate delivers a wonderfully hedonic experience with a long spicy finish.

Equally compelling, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a dark, muscular wine. Black cherry, tobacco, cedar, smoke and game give the Estate much of its imposing, brooding personality. Firm tannins and intense fruit add to what is a very distinctive, virile feel.
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is laced with generous dark fruit, chocolate, torrefaction, spice and heavy toast notes from the oak. Ripeness and overall intensity of fruit are very much pushed to the edge. Readers should expect an extroverted, flamboyant style.
