Tasting notes
For a full-bodied, high-alcohol wine this displays a surprisingly silky texture, very ripe and delicious fruit flavors and a lingering finish. It\'s creamy, smoothly tannic and supersaturated in raspberry syrup and dark chocolate that linger on the finish. Drink or hold.

Coming from a site in Oakville, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Ehrlich Vineyard sports a saturated plum/purple hue as well as a ripe, expressive style in its black fruits, candied violets, leather, and graphite-driven aromas and flavors. It's medium to full-bodied and has some savory tannins on the finish. It's another good but not great wine from this estate.
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Ehrlich Vineyard—from a site in Oakville—offers up full-on aromas of ripe cherries, cassis and some slightly loamy notes. This is an impressively full-bodied, rich, concentrated wine, but it comes across as a bit heavy rather than being energetic or refreshing.
