The 2018 Moulin-à-Vent Clos de Londres, one of the estate’s two monopoles, is a dense, explosive wine. Dark red cherry, plum, lavender, licorice and spice flavors are so vivid in the glass. This tiny parcel measuring just over half a hectare is named after the city of London, where the Pommier family (the previous owners of the estate) were awarded a gold medal at the Universal Exhibition held in 1862.
