Tasting notes
The 2022 Pinot Noir Big Hill has layered aromas of blackberry, raspberry, Angostura bitters, cinnamon and orange. The medium-bodied palate features concentrated fruit, earth and spice flavors. It’s structured by velvety tannins and mouthwatering acidity and has a long, perfumed finish.

Youthful ripe red color, the 2022 Pinot Noir Big Hill is more reserved and layered in the glass on opening, with notes of cherry liqueur, fresh pine, rocky earth, and a hint of violet. It has fantastic balance and length, with mouthwatering, fresh acidity, coiled, ripe tannins, and a long finish with beautiful ripe and persistent energy. It’s darn delicious now but has incredible structure for the long haul over the next 15 or more years.
