Score 89/100 · Drink 2014-2024, Robert Parker, Dec 2014

The 2012 Pinot Noir Burt Williams’ Morning Dew Ranch reveals a dark fruit spectrum of black cherries, raspberries, currants and loamy soil undertones. Medium-bodied with fresh acids as well as light tannins, its acid profile should ensure 8-10 years of longevity. Tel. (707) 433-6425

Bright ruby. Aromas of fresh red berries, rose pastille, blood orange and smoky minerals, along with a hint of Asian spices. Fresh, penetrating and pure, offering gently sweet strawberry and raspberry flavors that put on weight and become spicier with aeration. Shows very good intensity with no excess weight. Finishes silky and extremely long, with subtle tannins coming on late.
