Score 92/100 · Drink 2016-2020, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Jul 2016
A bold, racy wine, the 2014 Pinot Noir Ferrington Vineyard hits the palate with striking depth and purity of fruit. Sweet red cherry, plum, spice and new leather all flesh out in the glass. This is an especially succulent, juicy Pinot Noir that will drink well with minimal cellaring, although readers who prefer more tertiary nuance will want to cellar it for a few years. Today, the fruit is front and center.
