The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is a total pleasure bomb. Juicy dark red/purplish fruit, leather, espresso, mocha and crushed flowers soar from the glass. Tasted from magnum, the 2015 is wonderfully fresh and so expressive today. Plush contours add to its flamboyant, inviting personality.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Entre Deux Mères is a gorgeous, inviting wine. Blackberry jam, lavender, spice, menthol and licorice are all pushed forward in this racy, succulent Cabernet Sauvignon. Touches of rose petal, mint and lavender add further shades of nuance over time. The 2015 spent 22 months in oak, 50% new.
A blend of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon with 3% Petit Verdot, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet-purple colored and decadently scented of preserved plums, chocolate box and blueberry pie with nuances of violets, pencil lead and bay leaves. Full-bodied and completely packed with muscular fruit, it has a solid frame of grainy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and layered. 710 cases produced.
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Entre Deux Meres is plump, juicy and forward, all qualities that make it easy to drink, even upon release, with minimal cellaring. A rush of inky blue/purplish fruit, sweet oak, menthol and lavender all flesh out in a succulent, inviting Cabernet that will drink well upon release. This is an especially approachable, mid-weight Cabernet Sauvignon from Lisa Drinkward and Françoise Peschon.
