Score 92/100 · Drink 2015-2023, Robert Parker, Dec 2014
The 2012 Pinot Noir East Slope reveals one of the deepest ruby/plum/purple colors of these Pinots. Although tightly-knit compared to its siblings, I liked the blue-fruited, raspberry and crushed rock minerality it exhibits. This cool-climate, medium to full-bodied Pinot offers impressive purity, texture and length. It will be even better after 6-12 months in the cellar, and should drink well for 7-8 years.
