Tasting notes
Lush with aromatics of lavender, the 2020 Pinot Noir Treehouse Vineyard is perfumed with ripe blackberry and sage. This full-bodied red is meaty with iron-rich earth, black cherry, turned soil, and some gripping texture, along with beetroot and sassafras, and it’s long on the palate.

The 2020 Pinot Noir Treehouse Vineyard was harvested August 25-27, fermented with 10% whole clusters and matured for 18 months in 54% new oak. Its aromas of allspice, conifer and wild berries are a touch compacted. It has a chalky, refreshing frame and slightly dilute, earthy and rustic flavors. Serve it with food over the next 2-3 years.
A fantastic pinot noir with dried strawberries, green tea, orange peel and bark. Full-bodied with savory fruit. Extremely long and flavorful, yet always linear and vivid. Lovely tannins and brightness. Goes on for minutes. Drinkable, but better after 2025.
