Tasting notes
A well-composed, complex, layered and vibrant garnacha peluda exhibiting discreet forest berries, dried Mediterranean herbs, grilled thyme, crushed and wet stones and an array of dried peppercorns. Medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins. Notable precision in the texture. More crushed-stone character mingles with wild herbs and loads of spices. It’s vibrant and driven with controlled power. Despite its relatively bright color, it has traction through a mineral core shaping the palate. Stony, savory and beautifully austere. Very long, spicy and vibrant finish. Drink or hold.
