Score 89/100 · Drink 2019-2022, Neal Martin, Aug 2018
The 2017 Chablis Terroir de Courgis, completely raised in tank, has a refined bouquet with smoke, mandarin, a hint of petrol and waxy scents, and just a hint of reduction. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, sappy and lively in the mouth with decent volume on the finish, if not quite the precision of the terroir de Chichée.

The 2017 Chablis Terroir de Courgis is superb, offering up aromas of crisp peach, green apple, ripe lemon and oystershell. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, with a glossy attack, a dense, tight-knit core and a long, tangy and saline finish. Give this a couple of years in the cellar, then follow it for a decade.
