2020 Hereafter Here Chenin Blanc

The 2020 Hereafter Here comes from vines under 10 years augmented by some lots from Alheit's other vineyards. It has a fragrant nose with yellow plum, almond and vanilla - very seductive. The palate is well balanced with a lightly spiced entry, a little honeyed in texture with ginger and orange rind towards the finish. Lovely, though perhaps a couple of paces behind Alheit's other labels.
